Navajo Spindle

        The Navajo spindle is 34 inches tall with a 5 1/2 inch whorl.  Included are two spools for

   winding the single ply.  A large rubber band is looped over the shaft of the Navajo and the spool is slid over.  This

   hold the spool in place while winding.  When both spools are full, they are place on the REEL-SWIFT-SKIENER

   and plied in a reverse twist back onto the  Navajo.

        

   After plying. remove the spools from the REEL-SWIFT-SKIENER,  and wind the two-ply yarn back onto the skiener for

   wetting and setting the yarn (see above pic).
